All you need is:
- Finely powdered biscuits
- Chocolate powder
- Desiccated coconut powder
- Milk
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
Procedure:
- Add one cup of chocolate powder to two cups of finely powdered biscuit. The ratio of chocolate powder to Biscuit powder is 1:2.
Note: Excessive usage of chocolate powder may cause bitter taste, remember this is a dessert! :) - To this mixture add required quantity of milk, and knead the dough till you get the right consistency. The choco-biscuit dough is now ready!
- In a separate container, add one cup of powdered sugar and a tablespoon of butter to one cup of desiccated coconut powder. Mix the ingredients well.
- Roll out the choco-biscuit dough to required diameter(Of-course, round if possible!!)
- Spread the desiccated coconut mixture evenly. Transform it to a roll.
- Refrigerate this roll for about 30 minutes.
- Slice the roll.
The choco-coco delight is now ready to relish!!! :D

ReplyDeleteGreat Rekha, i didn't know you were so interested in cooking, mainly because you never prepared anything and got to ALU for us ;-)
ReplyDeleteAnyways, you should mention the quantity of milk, which biscuit is preferred (choc chips biscuit or marie biscuit, butter cookies, etc)...
Also, please make it once again n get it to RMZ...
Vinita :D,
ReplyDeleteI am really not into cooking, but this recipe seemed so interesting, that it inspired me to cook! :P
Regarding the quantity of milk, itz like asking how much water u need to prepare a chapati dough.. :D
And yes, I forgot to mention the type of biscuit. A Parle-G or Marie would do :)A big no to choco-chips and butter cookies [Already its a high-calorie dessert, ;)]
Now, let me know how good u are at cooking ;)
